Jochen Macht Triathlon

Jochen is unemployed, lives alone and has no friends to speak of. He has settled comfortably into his world as a loser and has largely switched off his mind. But a strange encounter with a young woman changes everything for Jochen. Because this woman turns out to be his daughter. Hanna loves being alone. She only found out about Jochen from her mother when she was on her deathbed. Jochen does triathlons to make his daughter Hanna proud. She tells him that he meant more to his great former love Lena, Hanna's mother, than he had previously thought. Has he not messed up his life so badly after all?
