The Peppercorns

Johanna wakes up from a terrible dream: she sees a storage room in flames! A Buddha figure catches fire, it is full moon, a calendar sheet shows September 9 and a person is desperately looking for an exit from the sea of flames. When she describes her dream at breakfast, she worries Panda and Vivi. Panda's parents are planning an exhibition of Chinese art in their tea shop the following day. Panda knows that there will be a full moon that night and that, according to an old Chinese legend, there will be disasters on September 9. But Panda's parents don't take the warning seriously...
