The leaves shine in the most magnificent colors and animals find food in abundance. But winter is already lurking, with all its hardships. A race against time begins. Whether in forests, meadows, fields, or wetlands, it is a time of challenges, changes, and dangers. The film shows this tension, which is hardly as clearly observable in any other season. How do animals prepare for the coming winter? What adjustments must the plant world now make?
