In Armenia, the paradisiacal fruit is a national symbol. The country is considered one of the main growing areas in the world. The best fruits are harvested in the south, around the village of Nrnadzor. Mukuch Bojadyan is one of the most successful pomegranate farmers in the village. He harvests his fruit in October after braving freak weather, water shortages and bears all year.
