The Peppercorns

The money that Andrea had saved for a new dragon boat has suddenly disappeared. She had hidden it so cleverly in a paint can at the canoe rental. All the evidence points to Grandpa Reiko as the thief, even though neither Andrea nor Femi or Tayo can believe it. To make matters worse, Reiko doesn't remember anything. Gülcan, the new waitress from the ice cream parlor where the Pfefferkörner like to go, is also said to have taken money from the till – and can't remember doing it either. Coincidence? Nele, Kira, Levin, Tayo and Femi find out that both were treated by the same alternative practitioner. And this alternative practitioner has had a substitute for some time. Is the wrong therapist manipulating his patients with the help of hypnosis?
